What are the payment terms for group reservations and birthday parties?
All payments will be completed via our secure online payment system. A payment link will be sent to you by email. No payment is accepted over the phone or in-person for these types of reservations. If you absolutely need to use a different payment method, please contact us and we will find a solution for you.
If your reservation is taking place in 14 days or more, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required to be made via our online payment system. We will send a payment link to your email. The balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the start of your reservation.We will send you a 2nd payment link at least 48 hours before your reservation in order to complete this payment.
If your reservation is taking place in 13 days or less,a full payment is required. We will send you a payment link by email.
Your mini-golf tickets are 100% refundable up to 48 hours before the start of your reservation.
Due to limited availability of our reception rooms, their rental fees are non-refundable.
For technical reasons, arcade cards are non-refundableWe recommend adding these only at the 48 hour mark before your reservation if you are uncertain of the total number of guests.
All modifications of your reservation with regards to your total number of guests must be done at least 48 hours before your mini-golf start time.These fees will be reimbursed / the total will be adjusted if we are given at least 48 hours notice before your reservation start time.
In the case of day-of absences, or changes are asked for after the 48 hour mark, no reimbursement will be processed for these tickets.
Jurassique cannot guarantee the availability of extra tickets for guests that are not included in your reservation.
Please note that we do not split payments amongst your individual guests, nor can we hold your reservation without payment and have your guests individually pay for their tickets upon arrival. This means that you alone, as the party or group organizer, must pay the deposit and/or total of your reservation, and assume the responsibility of collecting payment from your guests on your own terms (if you so choose).
Group discounts are not applicable to reservations that are made by the guest themselves, instead of contacting [email protected] for assistance. Please contact us, and we will always assure that you get the best price possible.
