Are reservations required for mini-golf?
Oui pour les fins de semaine (vendredi – dimanche). Non durant la semaine (mercredi, jeudi).
Les réservations sont requises sur tous journées de congées (Pâques, Fête Nationale, etc.), les journées pédagogiques, ainsi que la semaine de relâche: entre vendredi, le 27 février 2026 et dimanche, le 8 mars 2026.
Reservations are required during the holiday season: Friday, December 19th 2025 to Sunday, January 4th, 2026.
You must take a reservation for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Our weekends are often sold out and very busy, and are even sold out days in advance. Guests who reserve their game are given priority over guests who have not made a reservation.
We always recommend to take a reservation, as you never know when the course could get busy and sell out.
Our arcade are always available without reservation.
Are reservations required for the arcade?
No. Reservations are never required for the arcade, regardless of the day.
You're NOT answering the phone! What gives?
While we try our very best to answer every call that we get, it is often impossible to get to the phone with how busy our centre is, especially on weekends. We recommend sending us an email at [email protected] so that we can answer your questions in a timely manner.
If you're wishing to make a reservation by telephone, it is usually not possible. Please send us an email in this case as well.
Can I reserve on the telephone instead of reserving online? Do I always have to make payment in advance?

To use your gift card, please make sure you are entering your gift card number. This number begins with a 2, 3 or 4Your "Booking ID" or "Booking Reference Number" is not your gift card number. If it starts with a 1 or a 9, that is your Booking ID, and not your gift card number.
You can find your gift card number in the email for the actual gift card in the upper right hand corner, as circled in red in the below image. The "Voir la carte cadeau" button will also lead you to the gift card page.
If you cannot find your gift card number, please write to us at [email protected]. You can also use the QR code of your gift card in-store. Please note that you still must make a reservation with your gift card. The number of the gift card can be entered on the first checkout page, as shown in the image below.
On the checkout page, under the title of "Apply a discount" or "Appliquer une remise", please click the button that says "Redeem Now" or "Appliquer maintenant", followed by "Gift card" or "Carte cadeau"..
How many holes does your mini-golf course have?
We have 18 holes in our amusement centre!
Is your mini-golf course just for kids?
Not at all! It's for everyone! Everyone loves dinosaurs, and mini-golf is a fun activity for all ages. So please, come visit us, even if you're a group of adults.
How long does it take to complete the mini golf course?
The short answers is: between 40 to 60 minutes in general. If it's a busy day or busy night: it's around 75 to 105 minutes.
Our complicated answers is: it can depend how many people are on the course, if you play with kids or adults, and how many people are in your group. We had couples in the past who have completed the course in 30 minutes with nobody in front of them, but we also had days with lots of big groups, or players who like to take their time. At that point, it can take up to an hour and a half.
If you would like to play a game more quickly, we recommend visiting us during the week (Wed-Thurs). Our weekends, as well as Friday night, are very busy at the moment.
My child is X years-old. Do I have to purchase admission for them to play mini-golf?
Children ages 3 years old and up must have a valid mini-golf ticket purchased for them. If your child or children have no interest in mini-golf, or if you are looking for a discounted price to simply see the dinosaurs, you will have to wait for the launch of our Exploration Hours coming very soon.
Can we just come see the dinosaurs without playing mini-golf?
We will have Exploration Hours in the near future so that you will be able to see the dinosaurs without the pressure of mini-golf. We are going to offer this program to families with younger kids that are not able to play golf yet, and also all the guest who don't like mini-golf in general, but love dinosaurs !
The prices will cost less than our regular prices for mini-golf, and the Exploration Hours will be available during the morning hours.

Is the Forfait Familial / Family Package for 2 adults and 2 children? Or 4 people regardless of age?
The latter: it is for 4 guests who wish to play mini-golf, regardless of their age.
Do people who are not playing mini-golf, but are still entering the course, have to pay for admission?
Yes, all persons accessing the mini-golf course must pay the full price admission fee, whether they are choosing to play or not.
On the reservation page, the timeslots say 6 left, 5 left, 4 left... Does that mean X groups left or X persons left for that slot?
This means X tickets left for X number of people.For example, if it says "1 left / 1 restant", that means that only a single ticket for one guest can be sold in that timeslot.
If you choose a timeslot where there are fewer tickets available than your total group size, you will not be able to add all the tickets you want to that timeslot.
We recommend to split your group between several consecutive timeslots or to send us an email at [email protected] if you need further assistance. You will play together or consecutively.
On the reservation page, it indicates a maximum of "6 left / 6 restant" in each timeslot. Does this mean that you do not accept groups of 7 or more?
How do I make a reservation if my group has more than 6 people in it?
Simply choose two or more consecutive timeslots (for example: 12:10, 12:15, 12:20) and split your group amongst those timeslots. If your group is more than 10 people, please send us an email with the desired date and start time, as well as the number of people in your group: [email protected]
Will we be playing with another group of people that we do not know?
I want to play mini-golf in a less busy environment. When would be the best time to visit Jurassique?
Wednesday or Thursday. Weekends (Fri-Sun) are very busy and often sold out before we even open our doors. We recommend visiting on a Wednesday or Thursday if possible, especially for adults, for a less busy experience.
Do you have food or a restaurant on-site?
We do not have any restaurant or full meals on-site. We offer beverages, and assorted snacks for purchase.
During the winter or rainy season, can we wear our boots from outdoors onto the golf course? Or do we need to bring clean indoor shoes?
While it is not mandatory, we do ask that you bring proper clean shoes to play mini-golf. It helps keep our course looking pristine for all our guests. We do have an area where you can leave your coats and boots.
Do you have a coat room or coat check?
We do have an area in which you can leave your coats, but please note that it is not locked or monitored. Jurassique is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. You are more than welcome to bring your coat with you onto the course.
