Gift Cards

Do you have gift cards? / I'm having trouble using a gift card!

To use your gift card, please make sure you are entering your gift card number. This number begins with a 2, 3 or 4Your "Booking ID" or "Booking Reference Number" is not your gift card number. If it starts with a 1 or a 9, that is your Booking ID, and not your gift card number.

You can find your gift card number in the email for the actual gift card in the upper right hand corner, as circled in red in the below image. The "Voir la carte cadeau" button will also lead you to the gift card page.

If you cannot find your gift card number, please write to us at [email protected]You can also use the QR code of your gift card in-store. Please note that you still must make a reservation with your gift card. The number of the gift card can be entered on the first checkout page, as shown in the image below.

On the checkout page, under the title of "Apply a discount" or "Appliquer une remise", please click the button that says "Redeem Now" or "Appliquer maintenant", followed by "Gift card" or "Carte cadeau"..

Reservations

Are reservations required for mini-golf?

Between September and June, reservations are required during weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) as well as pedagogical days, and holidays.

During the summer season (mid-June to beginning of September), reservations are recommended. They are strongly recommended for days where it is forecasted to be rainy, or colder than usual for summer.

Reservations are required on all the Holidays (Easter, National Day, etc.), Ped Days and during spring break: Friday, February 27th 2026 and Sunday, March 8th 2026.

Reservations are required during the holiday season: Friday, December 19th 2025 to Sunday, January 4th, 2026.

We always recommend to make a reservation to facilitate your visit at Jurassique, even if you think it may not be busy. When in doubt, a reservation will always assure that you have a spot to play mini-golf at the allotted hour, which will avoid disappointment or a long wait to play.

Our arcade is always available without reservation.

No. Reservations are never required for the arcade, regardless of the day.

We ask that all our guests reserve online and pay in advance. We often cannot answer our phones due to our centre being very busy, and it is much easier to collect all info needed via our online reservation system.

If you are having difficulties with our online reservation system, please consult our FAQ page, as most of the problems you will encounter are answered here. If you continue to encounter problems, send us an email at [email protected]and we will be happy to assist you.

The latter: it is for 4 guests who wish to play mini-golf, regardless of their age.

This means X tickets left for X number of people.For example, if it says "1 left / 1 restant", that means that only a single ticket for one guest can be sold in that timeslot.

If you choose a timeslot where there are fewer tickets available than your total group size, you will not be able to add all the tickets you want to that timeslot.

We recommend to split your group between several consecutive timeslots or to send us an email at [email protected] if you need further assistance. You will play together or consecutively.

We accept all group sizes, but we ask that you divide your group amongst multiple consecutive timeslots. For example, 3 tickets at 8:10pm, and 4 tickets at 8:15pm. You will still play together, but one group will follow behind the other, as we cannot have 7 people playing the same hole. If you are a group of 10 or more, please send an email to [email protected]and we can help you reserve mini-golf for your group.

Simply choose two or more consecutive timeslots (for example: 12:10, 12:15, 12:20) and split your group amongst those timeslots. If your group is more than 10 people, please send us an email with the desired date and start time, as well as the number of people in your group: [email protected]

Mini-Golf & Dinosaurs

How many holes does your mini-golf course have?

18 holes an indoor, air conditioned amusement centre!

Not at all! It's for everyone! Everyone loves dinosaurs, and mini-golf is a fun activity for all ages. So please, come visit us, even if you're a group of adults.

Cependant, si vous souhaitez jouer au mini-golf avec moins d’enfants présents, nous vous suggérons fortement de visiter en soirée pendant la semaine.

Notre réponse simple: entre 40 et 60 minutes en moyenne. Si c’est une journée ou soirée occupée: 70 minutes à 85 minutes.

Nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour maintenir un rythme de jeu raisonnable, et Jurassique se réserve le droit de permettre à des groupes plus rapides de jouer en priorité afin de respecter les contraintes de temps de tous nos invités.

Si vous aimeriez jouer une partie plus rapidement, nous vous recommandons de nous visiter pendant la semaine. Nos fins de semaine sont très achalandés.

Children ages 3 years old and up must have a valid mini-golf ticket purchased for them. If your child or children have no interest in mini-golf, or if you are looking for a discounted price to simply see the dinosaurs, take a reservation or come in person during our Exploration Hours.

Yes, all persons accessing the mini-golf course must pay the full price admission fee, whether they are choosing to play or not.

No, you will not be playing with another group. You will only play with your own group.

While it is not mandatory, we do ask that you bring proper clean shoes to play mini-golf. It helps keep our course looking pristine for all our guests. We do have an area where you can leave your coats and boots.

Unfortunately, our mini-golf course is not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

However, our arcade is wheelchair accessible. Please advise us in advance of your arrival in case we need to remove snow from our back entrance, as well as prep our mobile access ramp. You can call us or send us an email at: [email protected].

You're NOT answering the phone! What gives?

While we try our very best to answer every call that we get, it is often impossible to get to the phone with how busy our centre is, especially on weekends. We recommend sending us an email at [email protected] so that we can answer your questions in a timely manner.

If you're wishing to make a reservation by telephone, it is usually not possible. Please send us an email in this case as well.

Also, we need to feed our dinosaurs. And they eat a lot. So we might be in the midst of doing that. Sorry!

We do not have any restaurant or full meals on-site. We offer beverages, and assorted snacks for purchase.

We do have an area in which you can leave your coats, but please note that it is not locked or monitored. Jurassique is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. You are more than welcome to bring your coat with you onto the course.
